The Reid Temple Christian Academy Board of Directors have shown evidence of leadership, vision, and collaboration; commitment to Christian Education generally and Reid Temple Christian Academy specially; and have a wide range of experiences.  The Academy’s Board of Directors:

• have professed Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
• are active member of a local church where they give of their time and tithe.
• are governed by the Reid Temple Christian Academy bylaws, which require balance on the Board across levels (RTAMEC members/non-members, expertise, gender, and stakeholders)
• provide oversight role to ensure that the Academy’s Strategic Plan is implemented and revised as needed.
• serve the interests of the Academy and its investors.
• are guided by final approval by Reid Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church’s Senior Pastor or his designee.
