How is financial aid applied to my account?

The financial aid award will be applied to your account July of the current academic term.  It will spread out in ten (10) equal payments to be applied to the monthly tuition obligation.  For example, tuition is $7000 and you have been awarded $1000 in financial aid.  Take the $7000 tuition, subtract $1000 in financial aid, leaving a balance due of $6000.  Divide $6000 by 10, which is $600 and that is your monthly obligation.

How will parents/guardians/responsible parties know the full tuition amount due?

Once the signed financial commitment form has been received by Reid Temple Christian Academy, balances due for tuition and other optional services will be available for viewing in 48 business hours on FACTS.

Does Reid Temple Christian Academy offer flexible payment alternatives for optional services such as before care, after care, lunch, and aftercare enrichment?

Optional services can be pre-paid in full in the office prior to August 19, 2011, otherwise, the payment for the services must be incorporated into the payment option selected for tuition.

What are the payment options?

Tuition and optional services can by paid annually in the office or via FACTS monthly or quarterly.

 

As a reminder, the first FACTS tuition payment is due on July 5th or July 20th, depending on the direct debit option selected.
