RTCA salary structure is designed to provide competitive wages reflecting each employee’s duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities and provide competitive salaries in relation to the various external markets in which RTCA competes for talent.

Insurance

Health

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in a group health insurance plan (inclusive of medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage) through BlueCross BlueShield.

Life

Eligible staff members are offered up to $50,000 of basic life insurance at no charge.

Retirement

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in RTCA's sponsored SIMPLE IRA retirement program. Eligible employees receive up to a three percent match for contributions made based on an employee’s annual gross salary, subject to a cap. As in similar deferred compensation plans, withholdings are made on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off


Employees are eligible to participate in the paid time off (PTO) program, providing staff with the opportunity to take time away from work without loss of compensation. PTO is an inclusive time off program that can be used for vacations, personal business, family care, short-term injuries and non work-related illnesses of five (5) days or fewer.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in a reimbursement program for educational expenses incurred through approved institutions of higher learning. Coursework must be job-related and approved in advance.
