Pre-K2 through Grade 4 students MUST be escorted into the building by parents.

Students arriving in their homeroom classes or chapel after 8:10 a.m. will be marked tardy.

School begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. for all students.

Pre-K2 - grade 4 students should be escorted into the building by parents. Dropping off students in these grade levels in the parking lot and watching them walk into the building poses serious safety issues.

Students arriving in their homeroom classes or chapel after 8:10 a.m. will be marked tardy. A tardy slip will be provided during check-in until 8:30 a.m. Students arriving after 8:30 a.m. are required to go to the administrative office to pick up a tardy slip.

Immunization Forms Reminder

Students without proper immunization forms will not be able to return to school on Monday, Sept. 16th until all requested items have been submitted.

All outstanding immunization forms must be turned in by Wednesday, Sept. 11th or otherwise your child will be non-compliant and cannot return to school on Monday, Sept.16th or until all requested items have been submitted.

All prescribed and over-the-counter medications must be brought in to the office and accompanied by a Medication Administration Authorization Form.

All students MUST wear their official Academy dress or physical education (PE) uniform daily.

RTCA Administration will conduct unannounced periodic uniform inspections to ensure that students are consistently adhering to this policy.

All students MUST wear their official Academy dress or physical education (PE) uniform daily.

Pre-K2 through Pre-K4 are allowed to wear sneakers (black, white, or gray) with dress uniforms. Additionally, PE uniforms are optional for students in Pre-K4.

RTCA Administration will conduct unannounced periodic uniform inspections to ensure that students are consistently adhering to this policy.

Car Line and On-Time Dismissal Using PikMyKid

PikMyKid is for car line or 3:30 p.m.  walker dismissals only.

Parents picking up after 3:30 do not have to use the PikMyKid app.

PikMyKid is an online app RTCA uses to allow parents to participate in a car line or designate their child as a walker for our 3:30 p.m. dismissal only.

Please remember that the Academy’s day ends at 3:30 p.m. Therefore, the first group of students will be ready at 3:35 p.m.

How to Report an Absence
