Reid Early Learning Center (RELC) is a grant funded program for students in grades Pre-Kindergarten 3 and Pre-Kindergarten 4.

DOES MY FAMILY QUALIFY?

In this section, your family can pre-qualify if you meet the following criteria:

You are a Maryland resident.
Your household income falls within the MSDE guidelines. Qualification is based on total income of all household members.
Your child will be of age by September 1 of the desired school year.

If you answered "YES" to all of the qualifying questions, please scroll down to complete and submit the Interest Form below.

* If your student has an IFSP or IEP, your student is automatically qualified regardless of income qualifications. The IEP/IFSP will need to be reviewed to determine if we have the ability to service the goals.

RELC FREE PRE-KINDERGARTEN INTEREST FORM

Full-day, structured early childhood program for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 aged children.

We are a grant-funded program, in partnership with the Maryland State Department of Education, on a mission to provide access to early education for success in school.

All spaces for our Pre-K3 class for the 2025-2026 school year have been filled! We are still accepting applications for Pre-K4! Submit your application by clicking the link below.
